Davis remains quiet on Heels' backup QB

Butch Davis has a "pretty good idea" who would come in as North Carolina's quarterback if T.J. Yates were to get hurt in a game. He's just not comfortable sharing that decision -- it would be either redshirt freshman Mike Paulus or junior Cam Sexton -- with the general public. "Stay tuned," Davis said with a large smile Tuesday. Guess we'll find out when it happens, huh?
