It was all just enough for North Carolina in what became the wildest of rides on Saturday in the High Country. Noah Taylor and Kaimon Rucker corralled quarterback Chase Brice on App State’s attempt to tie with nine seconds remaining, a second failed two-point conversion during the manic ending, and the Tar Heels survived 63-61 at Kidd Brewer Stadium.
