About two weeks ago, Brandon Tate met wide receivers coach Charlie Williams in the receivers meeting room at the Kenan Football Center. Williams wanted to review some 2007 film. Tate's junior season hadn't been a bad one, at least not for most mortals. He'd averaged 24.1 yards per kickoff return and hauled back a punt return for a touchdown.
