Through three games, North Carolina's offense has been terrific, averaging more than 50 points per game with a new starter at quarterback. Now the Tar Heels may be putting more offensive weapons around Drake Maye. Injured wide receivers Josh Downs and Antoine Green are practicing this week and could play in Saturday's game against Notre Dame.
