Can Gene Chizik help UNC football improve its defensive ratings?

Gene Chizik turned one of the nation's worst defenses at UNC into a unit that played a major role in the Tar Heels reaching the ACC championship game in 2015. UNC is still waiting for Chizik to repeat that magic three games into his second stint as defensive coordinator. UNC currently ranks 123rd in total defense (468.3) and 119th in scoring defense (37.67).
