Heels look ready for prime time

In two games, Brandon Tate, the kid who was almost an afterthought in recruiting owns four touchdowns and has burst from the gate as the frontrunner to be the ACC player of the year. If Tate were playing for Southern Cal, he would probably have clinched the Heisman Trophy already. Tate would settle for a big-time winning season and a bowl bid for the Tar Heels.
