Will Shaver, one of four freshmen on the UNC men's basketball roster for the 2022-23 season, is a forward from Birmingham, Alabama. The 6-foot-10 Shaver enrolled at North Carolina in January and learned on the job during the 2022 Final Four run while redshirting the season. He aims to provide depth and earn minutes in the Tar Heels' frontcourt.
