Analyzing the best players in the state of North Carolina dominated the discussion Monday as WRAL anchors Tom Suiter and Jeff Gravley assessed college football in their Web-only show, “Unscripted.” The best on their list right now is Brandon Tate, the North Carolina receiver who has also torched opponents on returns.
