Ask Johnny White “What’s new?” and be prepared for a long answer. A position switch, playing on a UNC football team fired up about its 2-0 start and a statement game coming up Saturday vs. Virginia Tech has him pumped up about the future. “Everybody on the team and around campus is excited,” said White, a red-shirt sophomore cornerback who was Tar Heels’ starting tailback for eight games last season.
