The results at the PKI were disappointing, as UNC men's basketball coach Hubert Davis said. And there are clearly areas where UNC must improve as the season progresses. But the game vs. the Crimson Tide on Sunday could have gone either way. UNC's effort demonstrated a certain level of toughness from the Tar Heels that they will need all season.
