Tar Heel Defense's Front Seven Focused on 'Violence'

UNC’s "thud" setup in Saturday’s spring game didn’t allow for full-on tackling, but the Tar Heel defense showed promise in making plays up front. The front seven was able to get into the backfield on occasion in the exhibition game, something it didn’t do nearly enough in 2022. UNC's defense was last in the ACC in sacks (17 in 14 games) last season. (Inside Carolina)
