Former Notre Dame guard Cormac Ryan commits to UNC

UNC picked up another basketball transfer Thursday in former Notre Dame guard Cormac Ryan. Ryan, a 6–5 graduate transfer, has one year of remaining eligibility. He started his career with one season at Stanford, took a redshirt his first year at Notre Dame and played the last three seasons for the Irish. ESPN’s Dick Vitale was the first to report the transfer.
