UNC defense wary of Cavs' Peerman

If No. 18 North Carolina is to halt its 13-game losing streak at Virginia this weekend, it needs to slow an all-too-familiar foe -- Cavaliers tailback Cedric Peerman. The senior ran for 173 yards and two touchdowns against East Carolina on Saturday, and the Tar Heels (5-1) are no stranger to his style. "That Peerman kid, it seems like he's been there forever - five, six years, it seems like,"' UNC linebacker said. (Raleigh News & Observer)
