Indianapolis Drafts 'Human Chain Mover' in UNC’s Josh Downs

The Indianapolis Colts have followed Josh Downs since his 2021 season. NFL scout Chad Henry and the Colts' staff saw Downs explode onto the scene with 101 catches and 1,335 yards for North Carolina as a sophomore. Downs dominated with his speed and made the All-ACC first team. That next summer, Henry began to hone in closely on Downs’ film.
