Ron Holland visiting G League Ignite; top recruit granted release from Texas


Former Texas signee , the No. 1 player in the 2023 basketball recruiting class, visited G League Ignite Tuesday, CBS Sports’ Jon Rothstein reports. Holland, who is now officially released from his National Letter of Intent, could elect to forgo the college route altogether and play within the NBA’s developmental league before entering the draft.
