Kevin Keatts gives his guards a great amount of freedom on the offensive end. With Paul McNeil on board, Keatts is bound to let the local target rock out early. McNeil is a deadly jump shooter who should be a dynamic scoring guard. With him choosing a school close to home, he should be comfortable and very productive suiting up for NC State as a freshman.
