Devontez Walker Relishes Long-Awaited Opportunity at UNC After Unconventional Journey

Tez Walker never wavered from his dream. An ACL tear in high school and COVID-canceled season in college clouded the certainty of his playing days. A knee surgery and two trips to the transfer portal landed him at UNC for his final two years of eligibility. In 2023, he looks to make a name for himself among the team’s recent standouts receivers.
