Trase Jones makes his mark for the Tar Heels
Posted Oct 27, 2008
Trase Jones has gotten his hands on the football every game this season for UNC. Saturday during the Tar Heels 45-24 win over No. 23 Boston College, Jones got his touches in a different way. Jones, who has been the starting holder on field goals and extra points all season, was the starting punt returner for the Tar Heels versus the Eagles. Jones is making his mark on the UNC special teams this season, even though he didn’t know he would be the main man until Monday.
