Outer Banks rolls out Carolina blue carpet for UNC men’s basketball team

Members of the North Carolina men’s basketball team spent a weekend on the Outer Banks for a second consecutive summer, organized by Dare County native Johnny Tillett with contributions from a host of local businesses, allowing the Tar Heels a short break from classes and offseason workouts. The team arrived on Friday evening in Kill Devil Hills.
