Tez Walker's grandmother, family plead for NCAA eligibility after transfer

UNC wideout Tez Walker petitioned the NCAA for an eligibility waiver after it denied him as a multi-time transfer. The preseason All-ACC receiver transferred from Kent State and is projected to be one of the Tar Heels' top playmakers. Loretta Black, Walker’s grandmother, said that he's been her caregiver since making the move to Chapel Hill.
