Appalachian State Brings New Quarterback, Experienced Rusher to UNC

UNC meets in-state foe Appalachian State in Saturday’s home opener at Kenan Stadium, with both teams coming off victories to start the season. The game wraps up a three-game series that began in 2019, when App State knocked off the Tar Heels 34-31 in Chapel Hill. UNC won the last matchup, eking out a 63-61 shootout win last September in Boone. (Inside Carolina)
