Tar Heels settle in for ACC stretch run
Posted Nov 4, 2008
UNC quarterback Cameron Sexton admits he was rooting for Miami to beat Virginia on Saturday. Not just as revenge for the Cavaliers' overtime victory against the Tar Heels last month – but because of the boost it gave to No.19 North Carolina's chances of playing in the ACC championship game. “We'd all be lying if we told you we didn't know who needed to lose,” said Sexton. “But I think, we do a good job of not paying attention to it. Because if we don't win, it doesn't matter.”
