Second straight Quad 1 win pushes UNC Basketball’s NET ranking into top 10

On the strength of two consecutive Quad 1 road victories, No. 8 North Carolina moved to 9th in the NET rankings, up three spots after Saturday’s 65-55 victory over No. 16 Clemson. That would project UNC, which won at Pittsburgh on Tuesday, as a high No. 3 seed. UNC likely will move up to at least No. 7 in the AP Top 25 when the poll is released Monday. (Tar Heel Tribune)
