R.J. Davis scores 28, but doesn't get call at end as Georgia Tech Upsets UNC


There are plenty of forgettable UNC games in Atlanta, but the latest frustrating loss there will be remembered for a foul that wasn’t called. As drove the lane with the Tar Heels trailing by one in the final seconds, Georgia Tech’s Ebenezer Dowouna lunged his shoulder into Davis.
