There’s an alternate reality for Elliot Cadeau in which everything is much different for him if not for a moment he seized, an opportunity he didn’t allow to pass. Without it, he’s perhaps not at UNC right now, and the Tar Heels are without the truest point guard they’ve had in years. They’re likely not in the midst of the kind of season they’re having, in that world.
