College basketball Saturday scores, winners and losers: UNC gaining on fourth No. 1 seed


Winner: UNC wins ACC outright, eyes No. 1 seed. No. 7 North Carolina charged into hostile territory and emerged victorious in glorious fashion, downing No. 9 Duke 84-79 at Cameron Indoor Stadium to sweep the regular-season series and in the process claim the ACC regular season title outright. The Tar Heels' win was their sixth straight to close the season. (CBS Sports)
