Cormac Ryan is sporting a shiner around his right eye. It’s a souvenir he brought home from the ACC Tournament. The bruise also serves as a not-so-subtle hint as to what’s ahead for Ryan and his UNC teammates in Saturday’s second-round matchup against Michigan State. They’re already digging in for what promises to be a physical, grind-it-out battle.
