R.J. Davis wanted to make something clear Friday in advance of leading his North Carolina Tar Heels against Michigan State in Saturday’s NCAA Tournament second round. New York high school and college basketball aren’t dead. Davis, a senior from White Plains, and his Spartans’ counterpart, Tyson Walker, a senior from Long Island, are proof of that.
