Safety Julien Horton Flips From Maryland To UNC Football


North Carolina has completed the flip of and added the mid-three-star safety to the Tar Heels' football commitment list on Thursday morning. Horton, a 6-foot, 175-pounder from Bel Air (Md.) High, originally committed to Maryland in late March. He ended that commitment on Sunday -- shortly after concluding his official visit to North Carolina. (Inside Carolina)
