2005 NCAA champion UNC basketball team honored at UNC football season opener

During UNC football's season opener on Saturday afternoon, the 2004-2005 UNC basketball team was honored at Kenan Stadium. The honoring was done as part of the 20th anniversary celebration of when this group cut the nets down and won the national championship. It was certainly a nostalgic moment for fans of the UNC basketball program.
