UNC Football Working To Reduce Penalties

"The worst thing that happened Saturday, that kept NC Central in the game longer than they should have been, were penalties," UNC football coach Mack Brown said Monday during his weekly radio show. "You can't have those penalties. "Now, some of them we've turned into the ACC office because we weren't fully in agreement with some of the choices."
