Goal Line Defense Among Many Improvements Made By Tar Heels


New North Carolina Defensive Coordinator Geoff Collins said that his defense had three goal line sessions in preseason camp, four reps each time. So, the Tar Heels had only defended 12 goal line plays before heading to Minnesota to kick off the season. Yet, the Tar Heels have been backed up to their own goal line in each game, and have fared quite well. (Tar Heel Illustrated)
