When Micah Shrewsberry took the Notre Dame coaching job he made it clear he wanted to build with high school talent and upgrade the level of recruiting. Wednesday, the Irish scored their highest ranked basketball commit in the internet era when Jalen Haralson, a 6-foot-7 wing, announced he would play at Notre Dame over Indiana and Michigan State.
