Steelers' Arthur Smith contacted by alma mater about UNC Football head coaching job

Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith said Thursday he had a preliminary conversation with North Carolina about their head coach vacancy, but Smith also emphasized his happiness in Pittsburgh. Smith was an offensive lineman for UNC from 2001-05, began his coaching career as a graduate assistant for his alma mater in 2006.
