There’s no shortage of interest in the North Carolina football program now that Bill Belichick will be roaming the sideline for the Tar Heels moving forward. As the legendary NFL leader gets his feet wet at the college football level, he’s receiving his first taste of the volatility of the NCAA Transfer Portal.
