Williams says Ginyard might need to rest his foot more often

Coach Roy Williams of North Carolina is considering holding Marcus Ginyard out of games at least temporarily because of concerns about his recovery from foot surgery. Ginyard has practiced on a limited basis since around Dec. 18, when he was cleared to return. He could play in UNC's game at Wake Forest on Sunday, but Williams was clearly frustrated yesterday about the situation and worried about Ginyard's season.
