247Sports updated its transfer portal rankings Tuesday, and multiple UNC Football commitments received ratings bumps. Cornerback Thaddeus Dixon (Washington) rocketed from outside the top 100 to the top 50, while edge Pryce Yates jumped 154 spots from the last update.
