Joel Berry is just as frustrated with the current state of North Carolina basketball as we all are. While appearing on the ACC Network's "Nothing But Net," the former national champion was asked about his beloved program. Berry, like many of us, is looking for one thing that certainly has been lacking during the Hubert Davis era. Consistency.
