UNC Football Signs Canadian Defensive Lineman Emmanuel Nwaiwu


An eleventh-hour offer proved enough to sway Canadian defensive lineman Emmanuel Nwaiwu to sign with UNC over Michigan State sight unseen. Nwaiwu, a 6-foot-4, 250-pounder from Montreal (Quebec) Vanier College, officially visited Michigan State over the weekend and returned poised to sign with the Spartans. But, UNC offered on Sunday night. (Inside Carolina)
