Tar Heels' Hopes Now Lie In ACC Tournament After Loss In Regular-Season Finale

UNC emptied the tank against Duke on Saturday, but it couldn't sustain a second-half surge and lost the regular-season finale 82-69 in the Smith Center. The Tar Heels now must put all their eggs in the ACC Tournament basket. A four-game run to a title would clinch an NCAA Tournament berth, but anything short of that leaves postseason chances slim.
