VCU's Ryan Odom hired as Virginia men's basketball coach

Virginia has hired VCU's Ryan Odom as it's new head coach. Virginia announced the hiring Saturday morning but did not disclose terms of Odom's deal. Odom has guided three different programs to the NCAA tournament, most notably leading 16-seed UMBC to an unprecedented win over 1-seed Virginia in the first round of the 2018 tournament.
