Former Tar Heel Football Players Describe UNC’s New Normal Under Bill Belichick

Former offensive lineman Willie Lampkin and tight end Bryson Nesbit said they attended UNC's practice on Saturday, which was the sixth session of the spring period. Nesbit described the new practice environment as "intense." Former receiver J.J. Jones sounded a similar tone: "There's a lot more hitting. It's a lot more physical, but I think it'll be good."
