Four Hoops Recruits Earn Parade All-America Honors

Four future Tar Heels have been named to PARADE’s 52nd annual All-America Boys Basketball Team. Signee Tyler Zeller was named to the First Team, signee Ed David earned Second Team honors, while signee Larry Drew and commitment Dexter Strickland landed on the Third Team. UNC-bound Zeller shot 69% from the floor and 82% on free throws, averaging 32.2 points and 10 rebounds a game.
