Marcus Lattimore, Brandon Willis ranked in The Sporting News top 100

The other two Palmetto State players on the list come from Byrnes High School, and one of them topped the list. Running back Marcus Lattimore was rated No. 1 (SNT says he favors Auburn at the moment, but you can bet the Tigers and Gamecocks will be beating down his door and blowing up his cell phone with text messages between now and signing day). Defensive lineman came in at No. 56, and SNT thinks he could head out of state, suggesting Florida State, Georgia and North Carolina are atop his list of suitors. (Beaufort Gazette)
