ACC Football Commitment Lists: Coastal Division, May 27

Virginia Tech continues to stockpile early commitments. Defensive end Jerome Lewis picked the Hokies over Pittsburgh to become the eighth member of the Hokies’ 2010 recruiting class. UNC has fewer scholarships to offer and has thus taken a slower pace with its recruiting. The Tar Heels added their second player to the Class of 2010 when linebacker committed to UNC last week. Linton, who plans to also play baseball in Chapel Hill, also had offers from Duke, Virginia and Wake Forest. (ACC Sports Journal)
