Another early football commitment from one of the state’s top high-school juniors has come UNC’s way. Donte Moss, a 6-4, 230-pound defensive end from Jacksonville, has decided to play for the Tar Heels. He already was one of the state’s top recruiting targets for the class of 2009. Moss had been offered scholarships by North Carolina, N.C. State, East Carolina, Clemson, Virginia Tech, LSU, Florida, Georgia, Alabama and others.
