James Hurst a candidate for Mr. Football

Plainfield High School senior is generally considered one of the top football prospects in the country. A North Carolina recruit, Hurst is the only in-state player to receive a five-star designation by the Rivals scouting service. Yet when it comes time to pick The Indianapolis Star Indiana Mr. Football for 2009, Hurst might not stand much of a chance. Why? His position. The 6-5, 284-pounder plays on the offensive line. Without statistics to quantify his worth, judging Hurst against quarterbacks, running backs and receivers is difficult. (Indianapolis Star)
