Reggie Bullock, Kendall Marshall Sign with Tar Heels

North Carolina men’s basketball program signed two student-athletes to National Letters of Intent, head coach Roy Williams announced today. The Tar Heels signed Reggie Bullock from Kinston, N.C., and Kendall Marshall from Dumfries, Va. Bullock attends Kinston High School where he plays for Coach Wells Gulledge. Marshall, a 6-4 guard, attends Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington, Va., where he plays for Coach Joe Wootten.
