Syracuse bumps past UNC for title
Posted Nov 21, 2009
Marcus Ginyard sat in the locker room after Friday's 87-71 loss to Syracuse with an ice pack wrapped around his right side and a dejected look about him. When he was asked what happened he replied: "260 met 210, that's what really happened. I just got big-boyed." Ginyard was talking about a play in the second half where he collided with a much larger Syracuse player that left him winded, but he really could have been talking his team's performance.
