Posted Nov 30, 2009
North Carolina gave Roy Williams the 600th victory of his coaching career last night but had to fight to do it. UNC came from behind late to defeat Nevada 80-73 at the Smith Center. Nevada forged ahead 64-62 with 7:25 left, but UNC (6-1) generated a 12-3 run behind two 3-pointers from Larry Drew to take the lead for good.
